Toasty Taiyaki is owned and operated by our chef C-BEAM, the taiyaki-bot. Their wife, Soup, handles hostessing and what she would call “admin stuff, I guess.” If you reach out on Instagram, you’re talking to C-BEAM! If you come to see us in person, you’re talking to Soup!
